EL PENSAR Membership Terms

Objective:

This document establishes the service guidelines and conditions for the "Allied Teacher Membership" of EL PENSAR, designed for teachers, schools, and education professionals seeking reliable and functional tools to strengthen their educational work.

The intention of this membership is to equip teachers in their art of teaching by providing them with access to art, writing, decoration, and design tools that facilitate the teaching-learning process, making it simpler, more practical, and efficient inside and outside the classroom.

Through the "Allied Teacher Membership," EL PENSAR supports teachers not only as users of these tools but also as allies, allowing them to access preferential conditions for their daily work and, if they wish, generate additional income by sharing and marketing these products within their educational community.

Promotion Validity:

·       The membership is valid for one year from its purchase date.

Terms and conditions.

FIRST: The promotion only applies to the membership holder and does not apply with other promotions.

SECOND: The membership is purely digital and will be confirmed with an identification number registered in our database, which will be non-transferable and valid for one renewable year, subject to the corresponding fee payment.

THIRD: Customers with a valid membership will have access to the benefits and promotions described in this document exclusively with EL PENSAR, for the purpose of acquiring the products that said company sells.

Currently, the special price associated with the membership applies only to EDDING brand products. Likewise, customers may purchase these products starting from a single unit, accessing the same preferential price, provided the membership is active and valid.

FOURTH: The customer can acquire the promotion upon presentation or confirmation of their membership.

FIFTH: The cost of the Membership will be as shown at the point of sale or on our website (Allied Teacher Membership – El Pensar) at the time of purchase. The membership is purely digital; once payment is made, EL PENSAR will issue the corresponding receipt and provide THE CUSTOMER with their Identification (ID) number.

SIXTH. The customer can only acquire the membership through the URL: https://www.elpensar.com.mx/products/membresia-oro

SEVENTH: upon purchasing the membership, the customer will receive a welcome kit that includes: 4 Edding bt30 inks, 4 refillable Edding 363 markers. Additionally, they will receive free shipping for one time only. After their next purchase, the customer can pick up their products or pay for shipping.

EIGHTH: The ink and marker colors included in the welcome kit are: Black, green, red, and blue. The customer cannot choose the colors in the welcome kit. Subsequently, they will be able to do so for their other purchases. 

NINTH: Renewal fees will be determined by EL PENSAR and communicated to THE CUSTOMER prior to the expiration of the Membership.

TENTH: Once the membership expires, the customer may renew it and continue to enjoy the benefits. The price of memberships is subject to change without prior notice.

ELEVENTH

·       If the customer wishes to cancel their membership, they may do so and have 7 calendar days to return the kit from the date it was received. Restrictions apply.

When does membership cancellation apply?

·       If you regretted the purchase.

·       If it wasn't what you expected.

TWELFTH:

The benefits, promotions, and special prices granted to customers with a valid membership apply only when purchases are made via electronic transfer, bank deposit, or cash payment.

Consequently, access to preferential prices or membership benefits will not be valid when payment is made using credit cards, debit cards, digital platforms, marketplaces, or any other payment method different from those expressly designated in this document.

The customer acknowledges and accepts that, to retain the special distributor price, they must make their payments exclusively through authorized methods.

THIRTEENTH: The promotion does not apply to online purchases, in any of its modalities, Mercado Libre, Amazon, Website, Among others.

FOURTEENTH: The promotion applies only to valid memberships.

FIFTEENTH: The current retail price of the membership is $797 MXN, including VAT (Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven Mexican Pesos). This price is subject to change without prior notice.

SIXTEENTH: Customers with a valid Allied Teacher Membership will have access to a special preferential price, equivalent to the distributor price, which will remain valid throughout the active period of their membership. This benefit applies exclusively while the membership is active and current.

SEVENTEENTH: Customers who acquire a valid membership will be provided with a price list detailing the preferential prices at which they can purchase products directly from EL PENSAR, as well as a suggested retail price for guidance purposes only.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that the suggested price is not binding, and that they are fully free to set the final sale price of the products they market, without EL PENSAR intervening, imposing, or assuming responsibility for said determination.

EIGHTEENTH

·        Products can be returned for free, regardless of the reason.

What are the requirements for returning a product? You have 7 calendar days to return it once you received it.

If you regret the purchase and it wasn't what you expected.

Ø  It must be without signs of misuse and exactly as you received it.

Ø  It must have its accessories, manuals, and tags.

Ø  When you return it and we check it, it must be in the same condition as described when you filed the claim.

NINETEENTH

When will I get my money back?

·        We will process the refund 3 business days after the product arrives, once we check if it complies with the return policies. However, sometimes we can issue the refund as soon as you deliver the product, so you can get your money faster. Once we process the refund, you will be able to see all the details regarding the amount, place, and date of money crediting from your purchase status.

The Client states that:

·Agrees to the terms and conditions of the memberships described in this contract.

·Acknowledges and agrees that, to access the Program, their Membership must be active, either in the initial period or in its renewal phase.

·The client agrees that, if they wish to cancel their membership, they must comply with the clause regarding the return policies.
